She kidnaps one of her customers (Mario Lopez) to bring home to her parents after her boyfriend breaks up with her after promising to come home for the holidays to meet her parents. At first he hates her and tries to escape by using a cell phone numerous times until she smashes it and flushes it down the toilet. He tries everything possible to escape...he realizes that he fell in love with her along all the chaos. It really is a movie that not only brings in the holiday spirit but the love of the holidays.
